Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 11 amβ10 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Farina Pizzeria at (956) 877-5924; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Edinburg is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Edinburg follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Tried the chicken at Pluma and it was so tasty and moist. Yucca Frita and sweet plantains were also some of my favorites! Kristyn was also very sweet!

Today was Pluma/Farinaβs Grand Opening, where many people came across the valley to enjoy the astounding variety of the Two-In-One Restaurant. The atmosphere was great, with the cashiers being extremely kind and respectful towards me and my family. The pricing of these two restaurants are extremely affordable, and the savory flavors of the chicken pairing perfectly with the spice of their JalapeΓ±o Verde. The contrast between the two options allows it to be a great option for families with conflicting palates. Overall, the combination of the staffβs service and the jaw-dropping flavors etched itself into my memory forever.

Absolutely delicious. The pizza nails the flavor, texture, and feel. Roman is 100% the way to go and the best slice by far is the Inferno. Drinks are very refreshing as well. Their gelato is absolutely delightful, itβs a perfect treat for the middle of the summer. Service is amazing with employees being some of the friendliest Iβve encountered. Very happy with the meal, Iβll be coming back for more

Nice to have pizza and rotisserie chicken options. The sides are great too! The salad looks good except I donβt like raw onions. I asked if they could make a salad without onions and I was told no because they came premade. But itβs still worth it because of the potatoes, plantains, black beans and rice and fried Yuka options! The sauces are yummy too!

We first visited during their soft opening to try the Pluma concept, and the chicken was absolutely delicious. Now that theyβre officially open, we came back to try their Farina Roman-style pizza, and it did not disappoint. The space is very clean, modern, and welcoming, and the service is genuinely friendly. The pizza really stands out compared to other options in the Valley. The crust is light, airy, and fluffy, and the flavor combinations are fun and a bit eclectic in the best way. Itβs a great spot for both kids and adults, with something for everyone to enjoy. Definitely recommend stopping by and giving it a try!
